not many people use dot matrix printers anymore...if they do, and their printer uses this brand..I'd recommend it

Our specialty software requires us to have a dot matrix printer and this ribbon has always exceeded our needs! Highly recommend this ribbon if you use a dot matrix printer.

It served its purpose

It should only be installed by 1 person who is familiar with printer. Some co-workers in past have tried to remove plastic shield from ribbon or pushed too hard & broke the case of ribbon. Patience is a virtue should be printed on the box.

ink does not last

have used the product for less than two weeks and it needs to be replaced soon (the printer is used only a couple of days a week)

I use this product every day and this is the worse one I have bought. I should return them as there were 2 in the box and they both do the same thing.
