So glad we made the purchase. My elderly parents where getting bored with normal TV options. Spoke to them regarding a smart TV. They are so happy with the TV and all the additional smart TV menus. Really nice for them and easy to navigate.

We bought this to to replace an old Panasonic Viera tv. Picture and sound quality is excellent, so are features, such as Netflix and Freeview.

Bought this a few weeks ago. Good picture. But doesn't work with my lg sound bar, remote sensor not great. Does sometimes crash when watching on demand. Wouldn't buy Panasonic again. No fault of richer sounds. Staff where excellent.
