Never buy this unit

 

Have had this for 2 years and it has needed to be regassed 2 time. After sales service from the Panasonic service agent has been shocking, to the point of not turning up for appointments and saying that they were to busy and I'd just have to make...

Panasonic don't even want to know there is a problem.

Absolute crap

 

Faulty on installation, hasn't run for 10 seconds yet - supplied new out of the box with a faulty control board. Panasonic don't seem to know what customer service is.

Terrible

 

Very bad system, never heard custom care, bad attitude and reading corporate script. I will never buy any of their air conditioning system.

I cannot say it anything good about it. It always broke down when in very hot weather or very cold weather when you need it most.

Very bad custom care. Their main printed circuit board is seconds with cracks and broken corners. It broken down less than 3 years and then again in 3 years. All we do is to fix it. It has potential fire danger, as our circuit board burnt during...

Terrible

 

Would never ever ever buy another Panasonic product. I phone customer relations with my problems and treated like a fool with a 'we don't care attitude'. Contacted head office and got ignored. Contacted Japan and no reply whatsoever. Buying a Panasonic...

Nothing at all, Expensive White Elephant

Noisy, expensive, poor build quality and dreadful company backup.

Good

 

I got mine installed last Summer and love it, the quiet function is great, so quiet I barely knew it was on, yet powerful enough to cool on 40+ degree days. It does have a few strange noises already, which I haven't looked into.

Quiet, the eion function

Could be smaller, for a low kw machine it is quite large, heating mode takes ages to kick in
